Subscriber List Imports

Once you submit a list, your account will be pending review. You will be unable to send emails until our team has had a chance to review your account. This process was put in place to help protect our platform from bad actors with the intention of using Revue to send spam.

When you submit your list you will be see an orange banner like the one below at the top of the screen.

Click "please provide additional information" in the orange banner to open/submit the form and begin the review process.

Tips to expedite your review:

  • Fill out each section of the form. (If a section is left blank it can cause a delay in the review process.)

  • Include a detailed description of your Subscribers' source. - We’re most interested in seeing that your subscriber list meets the requirement set in our Terms Of Service.

  • Include all of your active social media networks.

  • Complete your Revue profile. Please ensure your content meets the requirements set in our Terms Of Service.

API Key Request

If you cannot find your API key at the bottom of the Integrations page in your account and you see this message instead

You will need to request access, you can complete your review by filling out the form in the link provided. This process was put in place to help protect our platform from bad actors with the intention to use Revue to send spam.

Here are some tips that will help you expedite your review:

  • Fill out each section of the form. (If a section is left blank it can cause a delay in the review process.)

  • When completing the section API purposes please include a detailed description of your intentions and purpose for the API Key.

  • List any API apps you wish to use while using Revue.

  • List all active social media accounts.
