How many subscribers open every issue? How many subscribers never do? We collect that information for you so you can have a better idea of how groups within your audience respond to your work.
Revue makes it easy to keep an eye on this via the ‘Insights’ page within your account. It contains three main dashboards to help you keep track of how your newsletter is doing, and how your audience is responding.
The third of the three tabs is ‘Engagement’ — and we think it's the most exciting one. It shows you the growth of your engaged audience, which can be vital information when building your newsletter.

You’ll see four main categories of readers:
High engagement: These people have opened 2/3 of your last 10 issues
Medium engagement: These people have opened between 1/3 and 2/3 of your last 10 issues
Low engagement: These people have opened fewer than 1/3 of your last 10 issues
No engagement: These people have opened 0 of your last 10 issues.
The bar chart shows how those groups have changed in either 1 month, 6 months or 12 months (the shaded bars show past data). This will help you figure out if you’re on the right track, and if your readers are more or less engaged with the content you’re providing.
