We strive to be the best newsletter tool out there, but we understand that sometimes things just don’t work out. While we’re sorry to see any of our subscribers go, we make it easy to leave if you’ve made up your mind.
Canceling your subscription
Head to ‘Account Settings’ then click on the ‘Billing’ tab. There, you’ll see the option to cancel your subscription:
Deleting your account
This is permanent and will delete all data associated with your account, including your profile page, past issues and all your subscribers’ information.
Step 1: Go to ‘Your settings’ by clicking on the profile picture in the top right of your screen.
Step 2: In the screen that opens, you’ll find the option to ‘Delete account’ at the bottom right:
